2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Returns and refunds are accepted only if there is a manufacturing defect in the garment or a defect in the print.
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
- The return request must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team using the contact details provided on our website.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear supporting evidence (such as photos or videos of the defect).
- Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if your request is approved.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for verified defects in the garment or print.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item due to a size issue, an exchange fee will be applicable.
- For size exchanges, shipping charges for both pickup and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Once approved, the replacement order will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear images or videos showing the defect or damage.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
7. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer (exchange is available with applicable exchange and shipping charges).
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor color variations caused by screen or display settings.
- Products that have been used, washed, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition.
